Golden Year Reunion

Golden Year Reunion, June 10-12, 2026

We are delighted to welcome you home for this year’s Golden Year Reunion—a time to celebrate your years at Freed-Hardeman and reconnect with classmates who shared in the experiences, friendships, and formative moments that continue to hold a special place in our hearts. Your return reminds us of the enduring bond that unites our alumni with our beloved alma mater and one another.

This year’s reunion carries special significance as we celebrate the Spirit of ’76 and proudly welcome Freed-Hardeman’s first four-year graduating class, the Class of 1976. Just as our nation marked its 200th anniversary in 1976 by reflecting on its beginnings and looking ahead with hope, we gather to honor a milestone moment in the history of our university and the alumni who helped shape its future.

During your visit, you will enjoy meaningful time with classmates at Old Main, worship together in Chapel Hall, and spend time with Freed-Hardeman’s new president, Dr. Keith Harris, and his wife, Lindsey, as they share updates on the university’s continued commitment to Christ-centered, student-focused education. You will also have the opportunity to create new memories beyond campus with an optional pre-reunion day trip to Memphis, including a visit to Graceland, the iconic home of Elvis Presley.

While we will honor the anniversary classes of 1976, 1971, 1966, 1961, 1956, and 1951, all alumni from the Class of 1976 and earlier are warmly invited to attend.

More details will be shared as the reunion approaches. We look forward to celebrating with you and welcoming you home this summer.
